Robert’s early background is in Agriculture, graduating from Hawkesbury Agricultural College and then 15 years corporate experience with The Shell Company (Australia), managing a large retail rural division for 12 years and 2 years with Shell gas.
Prior to founding EMS, Robert owned and operated a recruitment company for 5 years, gaining great insight into the daily complexities of servicing and tracking clients and casual staff. During that time, Robert pursued his vision of developing a revolutionary system that would simplify the complex experience of engaging casual and contract staff from multiple agencies.

Tony has more than 20 years experience in the real estate industry. His career has encompassed senior roles across all facets of real estate investment including development, asset & portfolio management, corporate advisory and most recently investment and funds management.
His experience has covered both listed and private equity real estate markets, with transaction experience across Australia, the United States, Europe and Japan for major real estate groups in Australia such as BT Funds Management, Leighton Holdings, Macquarie Bank, Investa Property Group and Dexus Property Group.
Most recently Tony was COO of New City Australia Funds Management, the Sydney subsidiary of a Japanese based private equity real estate investment group.
Roy Prasad, who has over 15 years extensive experience working in multi-national finance and business development roles, with various start up and established corporations operating within mature industries locally, nationally and internationally. His valuable experience in developing business operating efficiencies and growth delivery strategies was gained during his time as Licensee with Northern City Finance, Chief Financial Officer at Lynx Financial Systems, Group Accountant at Val Morgan, accounting roles with Ramsay Health Care and the Kuwait Embassy and as Partner at NAB Business.
Roy brings to EMS a strong track record of business development, technical financial and credit expertise across several industries and as a pragmatic communicator in identifying and assessing key areas of growth and aligning synergies with partners to enhance a business. Roy has Graduate Management Qualifications from Bond University a Diploma in Financial Services from Deakin University. Also a Diploma in Business (Sales Management) and is presently completing his Masters in Commerce with a double specialisation in Finance and Law at Deakin University.
Ramana is specialised and well knowledged in E-commerce technologies, online marketing trends, and E-commerce securities.He has four years broad range of experience in E -procurement, supply chain management and online ordering a number of multinational corporations. His early background was a PHP programmer and web developer. Ramana’s valued input to EMS is to oversee and manage the strategy employed to create, implement and perform continuous enhancements on the core cloud portal.
His vast experience having worked with Melbourne Institute, Compass Group and Sutherland Global Services is complimented with a Bachelor of Computer Science and a Masters in Information Systems from the University of Ballarat.
Dean Fraser is a seasoned management consultant with over 15 years of international experience in Financial Services with a focus on Trading, Operations, Team Mentoring, IT Networks and improving employee effectiveness. Having managed large international projects and teams, developed training systems and processes for front and back office employees, managed international portfolios for sophisticated investors as well as coaching and mentoring front line executives for enhanced performance.
In addition to his background in financial services, Dean also has extensive experience and background knowledge in management consulting as well as experience in project management, people management, team training and facilitation, strategy development, change management and leadership.
